The only steps you need to take are going to the page wiki skills, coping the code and then pasting the code into other html and inserting your message. I liked that the text was big and that it catches your eye when you first go to the page. I did not like that the blinking text tool did not blink. This tool can be used in presentations as a catchy title.

I learned that making an avatar is very easy to do you only need to pick body parts and no programing is needed. I liked that the avatar was sketched, but I wish that most human body parts rather than animal parts. An avatar can be used for privacy in social networks as profile pictures.

I learned that Tagxedos need a lot of words to fill the shape completely, I also learned that if you type the same word multiple times it gets bigger. I liked that tagxedo had a variety of shapes to choose from, but I did not like that it made the word so big that it made it hard to tell what the shape was. A tagxedo can be used for designer purposes, and can make a cute collage of words for bags and T-Shirts.

Editing picture on Microsoft word is very easy to do. I did not know that the only thing you have to do is double click on the picture and then options will pop up on the tool bar. I liked that all of the options on the tool bar popped up easily but I did not like that every picture needed to be cropped separately to edit them separately. MS editing could be easily used to edit pictures that have red eye or are too bright for professional photographers.

I liked that the website is very easy to use and navigate. I did not like that you needed to create an account and then go to your email to go to your page. I learned that when making a drawing on a computer you can use different brushes to make grass, leaves, stars, ect. To make a picture you only need to choose your brush and color and the click down on the page to draw. I liked the different brushes. To make a Voki you need to click make Voki and then you select the things you want in it and what you want it to say. I liked that you could add accents to you voice. I did not like that you could not put clothing, hats, or jewelry on animals. Voki can be used for fun and it can also make a cute advertisement for businesses.

I learned through this project that you can send messages to friends through monk-e-mail. To make a monkey you only need to go to the website careerbuilder.com/monk-e-mail/default.aspx and then all of the options pop-up on how you want your monkey to look and then type in the thing that you want the monkey to say. I liked that you could make the monkey a girl or a boy. I did not like that there was only one choice for the girl monkey and limited choices for clothing. Croping and pasting a picture into a background is easy the only steps you need to take are selecting the part of the picture you want to crop, crop it, and then paste your head into the background photo you have choosen. I liked that could use the magic wand tool to easily crop your head. I did not like that you need to add new layer before you begin your project. You can use these tecniques to make cool pictures that you never actually took a picture of.

To clone a picture you need to use the clone tool and them press alt and click on the object you want to clone. Then you paint on the other photo you object by clicking and dragging. I did not like that it was so hard to keep inside the lines of the object with out painting its background in the other photo. I liked that it was very simple to use this tool and that their were only a few steps. Professionally a person could use this tool to add more flowers to a garden when taking photos for a wedding so they look better than they originally did.
Glogster is a great way for people to get their ideas across by posting glogs publically for the world to see. I learned that glogster is a very easy program to use, although it takes a long time to load pictures. Teaching others how to use Glogster instead of learning from a teacher about Glogster was different. I needed to learn how to post my Glog to my wiki with out any help, however I was already taught how to use Glogster so using the software was easy. Solving the problems that the students had was hard but in the end everyone had a good Glog.
